Beschreibung des ObjektsOceanside Lodge is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home with separate toilet, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Mullaloo only a few minutes walk from Mullaloo beach. It is close to Ocean Reef, Burns Beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour and an easy 15/20 mins drive to Perth City. This luxury home has a spacious open plan design with a large pool and outdoor furnished alfresco area with BBQ and Patio Heater. The property has quality furnishings throughout and air-conditioning for the hot days and a Pot Bellied Gas stove in the lounge area for the cooler evenings. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have queen sized beds and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and the separate laundry room has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. The full length windows across the dining area, lounge and also the master bedroom look out over the pool and patio area. The lady owner (who works away from home and is seldom there) has a small apartment attached to the front of the house which is fully self-contained Guests have exclusive use of the private pool and garden.
Lage des ObjektsPerth City is a 15 minute drive away and Fremantle about 30 minutes south. To the north of Thistle is Yanchep National Park and Yanchep Lagoon.
