Beschreibung des ObjektsThe house is situated in a quiet and relaxing natural surrounding far away from the city traffic 200m far from the beach. A 600sqm garden surrounds the house. The outdoor has a big patio, two separate entrances and a wide parking lot. The indoor -80sqm- is composed by two bedrooms and one big living room with view on the gulf of Gela.
The position, the architectural design and the quietness of the area makes the villa really exclusive.
Lage des Objekts1km far from the house, in an evocative seaside landscape, stands an ancient watchtower dated XVI century, called \'Torre di Manfria\'.
The house has a strategical location that links it to the main touristic places of the south – Sicily. In a maximum distance of 70 km it is possible to visit the “Valle dei templi” of Agrigento, the amazing beach of “Scala dei Turchi”, the ancient “Villa Romana del Casale”, the city of Piazza Armerina, the archeological site of “Morgantina”, the “Barocco of Ragusa Ibla” and the potteries of “Caltagirone”.
