Beschreibung des ObjektsAll freshly painted and furnished in beautiful mid century modern style, and situated in park Montanas de Caldera, a newer gated community between Boquete and Caldera. The climate there is very pleasant, and from the large garden the mountains can be seen. climate there is very pleasant.This spacious house has a well equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances, and all the pots and pans and utensils you might need. The open living and dining area has a glass wall to the terrace, and offers beautiful views of the mountains. There are a few houses that surround thi very large master bedroom has it\\\'s own walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and spa tub. There is a kingsize bed, with a new memory foam mattress and a large writing desk. The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds (extra wide single beds). There is a second bathroom with a shower/bath combination. All bedlinen is provided, as well as plenty of towels for every guest. All appliances are at your disposal, including a washer and dryer, hair dryer, and coffee maker. The price you pay per night will depend on which rooms you will use. The master bedroom rents for $160 for two people. Extra guests will occupy the second or third bedroom for $40 per person per night. A special price will be made if the master bedroom is not used, but only the second and/or third. Please ask for a quotation. For your stay at Montanas de Caldera a car is recommended. There is ample parking space in the front. The special prices of $1000 per week and $2500 per month (plus Airbnb booking fee) is based on an occupancy of two people in one bedroom. For larger groups, and longer stays please aks a special price! This area in the highlands of Boquete offers a natural environment of extraordinary beauty. The climate is very pleasant, never too hot, like on the coast, never too cool, like it often is in Boquete. The average temperatures run between 22 and 28 degrees Celsius. From Montanas de Caldera you can make beautiful hikes, and in the area are several possibilities for swimming in pools and in nature at about 15 minutes driving. Just please replace what you break or loose with a similar item, or leave a fair payment before you leave. I love animals, but as a lot of people have allergies, I cannot allow any pets in the house. The house is non smoking area. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside, in such a manner that the smoke cannot travel in. Do not leave any cigaret buds in the garden, and be careful in the dry season not to start a bush fire!Like most other Latin American countries, Panama struggles with water and electricity outages from time to time. The house is equiped with solar panels and a generator, to at least keep the lights, the fridge and a few fans working, and I recently had a new 8000 liter water tank installed, so you will still be able to shower and use the bathrooms, up to 15 days. The water is potable thanks to the ozone filtration system. If you wish to compare with other holiday homes in Panama, check if they provide back-up electricity and water supply! |
