Milton Park comprises of open farmland. Sheep, cattle, horses, pigs, chickens, and dogs are all resident there. The gardens include a large organic vegetable garden, an orchard and extensive lush sub-tropical landscaping with a huge array of plants, birds, wildlife and historic native trees all of which imparts a feeling of peacefulness to all visitors. The holiday cottage is situated close to, yet separate from, the main house and is very private. A deck extending the width of the cottage is accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms. All rooms have unrestricted views across paddocks to native bush and benefits from sunshine all day long. Being a purpose built holiday cottage, Milton Park is able to cater for a wide variety of guests. Honeymoon couples, families, independent travellers exploring New Zealand, business travellers and disabled guests will all be equally welcome and will be comfortably accommodated. In addition to this if your party requires a little extra space a one bedroom flat under the main house is also available and camping in the garden can be arranged on request.
