I rent my efficient designed small but very bright apartment, located sunny side up in the midst of Berlins centre - Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. The flat is rather authentic and minimalistic than stylish or posh, a place that breathes the crowded creepiness of Alexanderplatz, the intellectual vibe of the theatre Volksbühne nearby, the hipness of Hipster-Berlin with it´s galleries and boutiques, and the realness of Torstraße at the same time - a place that embodies what all the world calls the \\\'Berlin-Thing\\\', if you ask me. I spent the last ten years of my life in this flat so my heart really sets on it, it´s just by chance that my job kicked me out of the city for a view months. The flat is obtainable - minimum for one week.A security deposit of 200 Euros is necessary.
