The building was just completed last year. In the groundfloor of the building there are shops and a fitness center.

- Our apartment is located next to the main street (Rruga Pavaresia) of the beach of Durres
- The nearest beach is about 400 meters walk
- On the beach chairs and umbrellas are given for rent (2 beach chairs +1 umbrella which cost about 2.5-3 EUR per day)
- Canoe boats can be rented on the beach as well (about 2-3 EUR per hour)
- Numerous restaurants and bars are located in close surrounding of the apartment
- Shopping facilities: right at the entrance
- Free parking facilities (we owe parking places)
The whole building is guarded 24 hours per day.


Ort: Albanien, Durres Beach, Durres

Durrës is the second largest city of Albania located on the central Albanian coast, about 33 km (21 mi) west of the capital Tirana. Durrës hast he largest harbour in Albania linking the country mainly to the Italian harbour cities e.g. Bari, Ancona to which ferries run daily to several times a day. The city has several beaches which are a popular destination for foreign and local tourists, with an estimated 600,000 tourists per year. The government strongly supports the increase of the tourism and takes care to maintain a high hygiene at the beaches and water. You can reach the apartments by fery to Durres or plane to Rinas-Tirana.
